Agreement to terms

These terms and conditions apply between you (the user) and the company. By using this site and booking our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these rules.

About us

This website is owned and operated by Car Services in Reading, incorporated in England and Wales. Our registered office is Unit 4, Tunbridge Jones Industrial Estate, Cradock Road, Reading, RG2 0JT.

Bookings and contracts

• Confirmation of a booking by phone or through this website acts as a contract between the customer and the company.
• We prioritise your vehicle's warranty and only use parts that meet manufacturer standards.
• No additional work will be performed without prior verbal or written authorisation from the customer.
• Prices quoted through this site include VAT except where the item is exempt from VAT, such as an MOT test fee.
• A quote is an estimate based on published labour times and retail part prices for your vehicle. If the vehicle is found to need work beyond the accepted items, we stop and re-quote before continuing.

Warranty

A 12-month or 12,000-mile warranty is provided on work performed, provided the following conditions are met:

• The customer follows the manufacturer's recommendations.
• The customer adheres to advisories given by our technicians.
• The parts or work do not become subject to abnormal or extreme situations.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of the service, repair or MOT. Vehicle release is subject to full payment being received. We accept most major credit and debit cards and bank transfers.
