Do the prices on your website include VAT?
Yes. Every price we quote is VAT-inclusive, so the figure you approve is the figure you pay. An MOT is exempt from VAT and is shown without any VAT added.
How do I get a price before booking?
Enter your registration on the booking page. We read the vehicle details and the published labour times and retail part prices for your model, then show you a price for each job. Nothing is booked until you accept it.
What if additional work is needed once my car is in?
We stop and send you a quote. Extra items stay unconfirmed until you accept them, so work we have not priced and approved is never carried out.
How often does my car need an MOT?
A car, motorbike or van needs its first MOT when it is three years old, and an MOT every year after that. You can book up to one month before the current certificate expires and keep the same renewal date.
What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday to Friday 09:30 to 18:30, Saturday 09:30 to 18:00, and closed on Sunday.
