How booking works

Four steps, and you approve every penny of it before we start work.

1. Enter your registration

We identify your vehicle, then work out the labour time and part price for each job from the published repair data for your exact model. That is why the price you see is specific to your car rather than a rough average.

2. Pick the work

Choose from services, MOT and repairs. Each one shows the labour hours and the part cost that make up its price.

3. Give us your details and preferred date

Your name, contact number and address are enough. You do not need an account to get a price — we create one from your email address so you can come back to the booking later.

4. Accept or decline each priced item

Anything we could price goes to you as an offer with a figure against it. Accept it and it is booked; decline it and nothing happens. Anything we could not price stays as a quote request until a member of the team has looked at it.

The rules we hold ourselves to

  • Every price includes VAT. An MOT is exempt and never has VAT added.
  • A booking is never accepted automatically. The work waits for you to say yes.
  • If a job cannot be priced from published data, we say so instead of guessing.
  • Payment is due on completion, by card or bank transfer, and the vehicle is released once it is settled.
